As the Campus Communications Manager for Schroders’ second largest site globally, I lead the strategic direction and execution of all colleague communications.
Schroders is a global asset manager and in 2024, I was hired as the Communications Manager at their Horsham Campus - home to over 700 colleagues from Schroders and Benchmark Capital (part of the Schroders Group).
I set the strategic priorities, plan, deliver and measure all Campus communications, whilst aligning with Group priorities. My role is critical in creating a sense of community between Schroders and Benchmark colleagues on Campus.
Examples of my work include:
Creating a multi-channel local internal comms programme from scratch, including email, podcasts, intranet content, events and digital screens
Planning and delivering events, from ExCo townhalls to local learning sessions. Events are consistently rated 4+ out of 5, and over 95% of colleagues would recommend these events to a colleague
Partnering with and advising the comms leads in each employee committee on how to effectively communicate their initiatives
Raising awareness of our business as a local employer in the region and giving back to the community - from organising Horsham District Council’s visit to our office, to orchestrating our first ever Christmas Market with 11 local vendors
